## ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website **[www.purplelotuslife.com](http://www.purplelotuslife.com)**.
## ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SALES PRICE
The name, quantity, specifications, sales price, if any, discount amount, shipping fee, and total payment amount of the product(s) subject to the order are presented to the BUYER during the order process and are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
The sales prices of the products are stated on the website and are updated regularly.
## ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PAYMENT
The BUYER places an order for the products selected through the website and completes the payment process.Upon completion of the order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted the product information, sales price, and other payment terms relating to the order.Payment shall be made through the payment methods offered on the website.
## ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
The product subject to the order shall be shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order process.The product shall be delivered within the estimated delivery period specified during the order process. Provided that the maximum delivery period prescribed by law is not exceeded, the delivery period may vary depending on the nature of the product, stock availability, and shipping conditions.The BUYER is responsible for ensuring that the address information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.
## ARTICLE 6 – SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS
The SELLER is obliged to deliver the products subject to the order to the BUYER in accordance with the specifications stated in the Agreement, in usable condition, and in compliance with applicable legislation.In the event that a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER as soon as reasonably possible and fulfill its obligations arising from the applicable legislation.
## ARTICLE 7 – BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The BUYER acknowledges that the personal information and delivery address provided during the order process are accurate and complete.The BUYER is obliged to pay the order amount in full using the payment method selected during the order process.
## ARTICLE 8 – INVOICE
The invoice relating to the order shall be issued based on the billing information provided by the BUYER during the order process and shall be delivered to the BUYER electronically or physically in accordance with applicable legislation.
## ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER’s right of withdrawal and matters relating to the exercise of such right shall be subject to the provisions of the **Distance Contracts Regulation** in force.In cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the provisions of the applicable legislation shall apply.
## ARTICLE 10 – DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product received by the BUYER is defective, incomplete, or damaged during transportation, the BUYER shall notify the SELLER of the situation.Without prejudice to the consumer rights arising under applicable legislation, the SELLER shall carry out the necessary examination and procedures.
## ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the BUYER shall be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation concerning the protection of personal data and the **Privacy Policy / KVKK Information Notice** published on the SELLER’s website.
## ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES
The applicable consumer legislation in force shall apply to disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement.The **Consumer Arbitration Committees** and **Consumer Courts** to which the consumer may apply shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits and jurisdictional rules prescribed under the applicable legislation.
## ARTICLE 13 – EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER declares that, by completing the order and payment process through the website, they have read and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
