RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL TERMS

These Right of Withdrawal Terms regulate the principles regarding the consumer’s right of withdrawal in distance sales contracts concluded through www.purplelotuslife.com, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Period

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason and without paying any contractual penalty.

For sales of goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes delivery of the goods. The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal at any time between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.

For orders in which goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer receives the last good. For contracts involving goods consisting of multiple parts, it begins on the day the consumer receives the last part. For contracts involving regular delivery of goods over a specified period, it begins on the day the first good is received.

Delivery of the goods to the carrier shall not be considered delivery to the consumer.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the consumer to notify the seller of their decision to withdraw in writing or through a durable medium before the withdrawal period expires.

The notification may be sent to info@purplelotuslife.com. The consumer may use the sample withdrawal form provided in the annex to the Regulation on Distance Contracts or may submit any other clear statement expressing their decision to withdraw.

3. Return of the Product

The consumer must return the goods subject to the right of withdrawal to the seller within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the consumer notified the seller of their decision to withdraw.

If the carrier specified in the preliminary information is used for the return, the consumer shall not be charged any return shipping costs. If no carrier was specified for returns in the preliminary information, no return shipping costs shall be charged to the consumer.

If the specified return carrier does not have a branch in the area where the consumer is located, the seller shall arrange for the goods to be collected from the consumer without charging any additional costs.

4. Refund

Where the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, all payments collected from the consumer and required to be refunded shall be reimbursed to the consumer within the period and under the conditions prescribed by the applicable legislation.

The refund shall be made in a single payment, using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original purchase, without imposing any additional costs or obligations on the consumer.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to contracts specified under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

With regard to products sold by Purple Lotus, the following exceptions may be particularly relevant:

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire.

• Goods whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seals, or similar protective materials, have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for reasons of health or hygiene.

• Goods that are specially prepared in accordance with the consumer’s requests or personal needs.

The fact that a product is classified as a “food product” does not, by itself, automatically constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal. Whether a particular product falls within one of the statutory exceptions must be assessed based on the specific circumstances and the applicable provisions of the Regulation.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

The provisions concerning the right of withdrawal do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective goods.
